Connectivity Issues
If you are experiencing issues while connecting to the internet (such as page not loading or error messages) follow the below steps:
1. If you are unable to make or receive calls along with having issues connecting to the web, shut down your device and power up again.

2. Make sure you see at least two bars of signal. If it's less than two bars, you will not be able to connect properly to access the internet. Move around, especially if you are indoors until you see more than two bars.
3. For Android devices on version 2.2 or higher, verify that the data option is enabled.
Go to Settings / Wireless & Network / Data usage and verify that the Mobile data check box is enabled.
Verify that Enable data access over Mobile network check boxes are selected. This option might not be available on all Android devices.
Verify that the Data Roaming check box is selected in case you are in roaming.

4. Turn Wi-Fi and Airplane Mode off. If you aren't near a Wi-Fi network it can cause the device to try to connect to Wi-Fi if its still on and therefore display error messages.
Go to Settings /Wireless & Networks and ensure the Wi-Fi & Airplane Move check box is cleared.

5. Access the device's internet setting and clear the internet cache, cookie data, history,form data,passwords, and location access.
Go to your internet browser / Settings and select clear cache, clear history ,clear all cookie history etc. as shown below.

6. If you are using a third party or downloaded browser switch to the built-in browser and try to connect to the internet again.
7. Make sure Android device Wi-Fi stay connected
Go to Setting / Wireless & Networks / Wi-Fi Settings and press the menu key. Choose ‘Advanced’ and change the sleep policy to ‘Never’. This seems to solve the problem for most people who have issues keeping a Wi-Fi connection alive.
